Winter season: rental price is 680 EUR per month.
Summer period: rental price is 100 EUR per day (minimum stay 7 nights).
Apartment 3
∙ 206,97 square meters, consists of living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms - master bedroom and children's room, living room, two balconies, two bathrooms, sea view. Capacity 4 +4.
Winter season: rental price is 1800 EUR per month.
Summer period: rental price is 150 EUR per day (minimum stay 7 nights).
The apartments are fully furnished and equipped.
Available for rent for short and long period of time.
RESERVATION
Any apartment could be reserved immediately by paying 50% of the amount for the desired period.
On the day of accommodation a refundable deposit damages is due, amounting of 500 EUR.

The rental price does not include consumables, such as - water, electricity, TV and internet.
The rental price includes property management fee of the complex.
Summer period:
The price includes:

∙ TV and Internet
∙ cleaning and change of bed linen once a week
