We present a wonderful villa of two buildings in the village of Starosel. The house is rented only to persons over 25 years of age and for a minimum of 2 days. Prices outside public holidays: Weekend (over 6 to 10 people) – BGN 1,500/night; Weekend (up to 6 people) - BGN 1,000/night; During the week (over 6 to 10 people) – BGN 1,100/night; During the week (up to 6 people) - BGN 700/night; for 6 nights (over 6 to 10 people) – BGN 5,700/total; for 6 nights (up to 6 people) - BGN 4,000/total. Prices are negotiable for holidays. Offer for Christmas and New Year - 3 nights - BGN 5,900. One building is a completely restored brick two-story house with a veranda of 80 sq.m, 100-year-old authentic beams, open ceilings, and flooring - now rare red pine, antique cupboards, and organic water-based plasters. In this part of the villa, there are 4 bedrooms, an equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms with toilets. It is designated as an area for good sleep, rest, and relaxation, soundproofed with high-quality joinery. The second part of the villa is a converted barn into a spacious living room with a fireplace of 100 sq.m, an equipped kitchen with an island and bar stools, a massive dining table, comfortable sofas, armchairs, side tables, a toilet and a separate bedroom with a bathroom and toilet.
